Synopsis: An estimated two million people were killed in Cambodia in 1975 by communist guerrilla group – the Khmer Rouge. As the long-awaited tribunal begins after 30 years, this film features exclusive interviews with Brother No. 2 – Noun Chea – the deputy secretary of the Khmer Rouge, the man believed to be behind the vicious purge policies and the instigator of many brutal executions. Alongside events of the tribunal, this film also narrates the story of Soy Sen, a man who made a long journey across Cambodia, looking for his dad’s killer and searching for answers.
