MDA Launches International Animation Fund MDA on Monday launched a new financing initiative called the International Animation Fund at MIPTV in Cannes. Aimed at boosting co-production possibilities for Singapore animation companies, the fund will see MDA co-investing up to S$5 million (US$3.5 million) for each qualifying project. |

Winners of Multi-Platform Initiative Announced |

Two new projects – one involving the idyllic paradise called iLand and another, an investigative series called Eco Gone Mad – received the green light after being awarded funding under the Multi-Platform Content Across Continents initiative. The initiative was launched at last year’s Asia Television Forum in Singapore by the Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) and South West Screen (SWS), the development agency for the film, TV and digital media industries in the South West of England. |
